Our technicians have extensive experience with a range of digital vision equipment, including HD vision mixers, projectors, LED Screens, HD Camera equipment and HD recording facilities. All of these, and more, can be utilised for events ranging from media launches and press conferences through to conferences, festivals and concerts.
If event accessibility is a priority, EAVS provide the latest in online Video Conferencing systems, which can integrate with any existing video conference system, or with any personal phone, tablet or device. We also have operational expertise that’s critical for a professional and seamless presentation.
If you would like to record your event, require live streaming services or need to go live to air, we can supply live broadcast level operators, camera operators and Technical Directors as required.
Lighting
Our digital LED lighting fixtures, moving lights, LED screens and lighting design can be used to give a wide range of looks. From complete room colour wash, or stage highlights with a unique theatrical glimpse, we have a range of high quality lighting effects to build unique lighting displays.
EAVS understands the importance of capturing your event on video or camera. We’re able to correctly light any gathering to guarantee the best imagery for use after your event, whether that’s an intimate gathering, a media launch, or a large scale gala event.

Staging and Rigging
We can also supply stage, truss, rigging services, presentation stands and colored draping for your event or presentation. From simply providing an elevated stage for your presenters with a great backdrop, or to create an elaborate design of staging, flown set pieces, drapes and theming, we’re able to supply you with the best solution.
We have partnered with some of Canberra’s leading style and theming companies and can supply additional themed backdrops and props along with custom set designs.
Technical Event Management
At EAVS, we have the expertise to manage all of the technical aspects of your event – and to make your vision for the event a reality!
Working directly with you, or with your PCO where relevant, we’re focused on ensuring that a successful and professional event is achieved with regard to the technical equipment and operational requirements of the event.
We understand all of the OHS implications of live events, and are able to supply the right equipment and personnel to comply with work health and safety requirements.
