The Brief
Hosted by Super-department Prime Minister and Cabinet, this critical summit brings together heads of government and Agricultural Industry leaders along-side the Farmers and Rural business owners most affected by on-going hardship of drought.
All delegates were to get a clear delivery of information and a platform for taking forward ideas for improving responses regarding furture decisions especially Climate change issues.
Solution
A varied range of Rural and Business participants attended the Summit staged at Old Parliament House in 2018. EAVS used state-of-the art audio visual equipment to ensure all delegates were engaged in the presented content, and if needed their voice could be heard for future decisions and discussion.
Outcome
Prime minister and cabinet were delighted with the overall outcome as the Summit was the crucible for the Department to deliver more support to the Agriculture Industry, the formation of the Futrure drought fund as well as the activation of ‘FarmHub’ for proactive and pragmatic management of drought issues.
